# Click New button
# Input details
# In Rebate Item grid, click Insert button
# Filter item 'RebateItem_T487A' and 'RebateItem_T487B'
# Select record > Click Open Selected button
# Input details (Rebate Items grid)
# In Customers grid, click Insert button
# Filter by Entity No from step 3 and 4
# Click Save button
