** Search Add Items screen displays incorrect column header for item and description
* Steps:
** From Vendor Rebates > Setup, select an existing vendor then click Open Selected button
** In Items Panel, click Insert button, Search Add Items screen will show
** Check the columns header

** Labels for Search Add Items should be Item No and Item Description
