Customer Setup:

1. Create Outbound/Drop Ship Load schedule for this customer and dispatched. Sample below:

2. Create New Transport Loads and click Add Loads button and select the dispatched load schedule. Tax Group is being pulled correctly.

3. Change the Distribution Header's bulk location.
