Before I go on I should tell you I have the button checked in the inventory item to allow negative sales. I am enclosing a copy of the general ledger detail for the cost of goods on B11LSC. It looks like I am getting cost of goods from the transfer and then again from the sales invoice. This is shorting our gross profit on this inventory item for the month by about $15000. This instance does happen several times during the month. Is it happening because of the negative inventory? I don't know why we would ever have negative inventory here because this location does not have inventory. We get the product in and then sell it out in the same TR.   The second problem I have is an inventory adjustment. ADJ-1466 I adjusted the Alcohol inventory by -25.2995 gallons and the cost of goods on this product says it was adjusted by 5024.75 gallons. Big difference. I have attached copies of both reports.   Both are messing up the financial statements.   SEE ATTACHMENTS.
