Today we get Freight Rate for Freight Type Miles from Mileage table.
*Requirement:*
* When we get Freight Rate in Quotes for Freight Type "Miles", we need to get the highest rate from Mileage table in Ship Via.
* Set up in Customer Freight would be without Fixed Ship Via.
* Two setup's would have the same miles.

* We would have two different Ship Via's with different or same Tariff Types.
* Both Ship Via's would have different Invoice rate in Mileage tables.

For the above example, we could have below rates.
|Tariff Type|Category|Ship Via (This would not be set up in Customer Freight)|Miles|Invoice Rate per Unit|
|Standard|DDSL|Ship Via 1|10|0.550|
|FW14|DDSL|Ship Via 2|10|0.654|
|Standard|DDSL|Ship Via 3|10|0.456|

In the above example, it should take the highest rate ie 0.654
