*Steps:*
Go to Transports > Create > New Quote
Select Customer
Enter Quote Date
Click Generate button
*Issue:*
Freight Rate is not fetching correct value if there is multiple freight rates for the same combination of Customer Location, Category and Supplier Zip Code in Customer Freight.
*Acceptance:*
Freight Rate showing in Customer Quotes should be the highest value if there's multiple freight rates for the same combination of Customer Location, Category and Supplier Zip Code in Customer Freight.
