*Issue:*
Presently when we click on the Truck Link in Transport Load, it is directed to Scale Truck Screen.
Since now we have consolidated the Trucks and trailers in Ship Via Screen, this should be directed to Ship Via - Truck Screen.
*Current State:*
When we click on Trucks Link, this is the screen that shows up:

*Expected Behavior:*
* User selects a Ship Via.
* Once user clicks on Trucks Link, user is directed to below screen for updating.
* User is directed to corresponding Ship Via screen as below and the Trucks could be updated there.
