*This issue relates to i21 Help Desk ticket:* [ HDTN-274209 - Tax calculating for Freight Only Loads|https://helpdesk.irely.com/iRelyi21live/#/HD/Ticket/?ticket=HDTN-274209]
*Steps to Replicate:*
* Create a Freight Only Transport Load with zero cost.
* Select a supplier with Tax group attached.
* Select Receipt Link in distribution and tax group is attached in Receipt.
* Remove tax group in Receipt.
*Issue:* When Tax Detail is checked tax is still calculated.
*Root Cause:* There is a missing condition to not calculate the Tax

*Acceptance:* Should not Calculate tax since Tax Group has no value.
