Steps to Replicate:
1. Go to Customer Freight Setup.
2. Check "Freight Only" in selected record and Save changes.
3. Setup Combo Freight in Customer tab for the selected Customer.
4. Create Combo Load Transaction in Transport Load.
5. Post Transaction and click Receipt Details.
Result: Freight Unit and Item has been billed twice in Invoice.

*Acceptance* : Freight Unit and Item should billed once only in Invoice.
