*Steps to Reproduce:*
Step 1: Go to Common Info > Ship Via - Make Sure this is set up

Step 2: Enter values in the Receipt Detail
Step 3: Enter values in the Distribution Header
Step 4: Select RL-1 and 2
*Issue:*
Cannot Post Transaction due to Error Message

*Acceptance Criteria*
Transport Load should be posted successfully and combo freight should be ignored if pre-conditions was not met.
