*Objective:* Minimum Units for freight determines the minimum gallons for which freight needs to be charged. Whenever there is a Combo load(two or more different fuel items being picked up and delivered) , freight should be charged for the minimum Units set for a combo load and would not use the minimum units set for individual items.
Hence there is a need to develop a feature to set up Minimum Units for Combo load and associated freight to be charged.
*Requirements* *:*
* Minimum Units for Combo could be set for Carriers and Customers separately.
* Minimum Units for Combo could be set for one Customer/Carrier or for all Customers/Carriers.
* Freight rate for combo load is determined by one of the below settings. Solution should provide the option for the users to set up the below.

** *By Gallons:* *** Largest Gallons: The freight rate for the item with Largest Gallons is used to determine the Freight Charge.
*** Lowest Gallons : The freight rate for the item with Lowest Gallons is used to determine the Freight Charge.
*
** *Default Category:* User should be able to select a default category for Freight rate. Example: If Default Category is "GAS", then the freight rate for GAS would be used for Combo loads.
To achieve the above we would need a new menu option in Transports as below:
* Combo Freight would be a new menu in Transports.

* The screen would have two tabs for set up. One for *"Ship Via"* and another for *"Customer"*

** *Combo Freight:* A new tab need to be added for Combo load set-up.
** *Ship Via:* User should be able to select individual Ship Via in the drop down. If there is no selection, it would mean that it applies to all Ship Via's.
** *Load Minimum Units :* Its the minimum units that would be charged for the Load.
** *Freight Rate :* Freight Rate would have two drop downs:
*** *By Gallons:* If selected, " *By Gallons* " column would be activated with options "Greatest" and "Lowest"
*** *By Default Category:* If selected, " *Default Category* " column would be activated. User could select one of the item categories.
** *Effective Date:* Determines the date from which the setting is active.
