Issue:
When we import a BOL using "Import Bill of Lading", the transport load created does not pick up the Unit price automatically.

Unit price is 0 even if the set up is in place.

But when we reselect the item number, the price is picked up:

Acceptance Criteria:
The price should be picked up when the transport load is created from BOL Import.
