*Requirement:*
Presently we have the Customer Freight Import feature using API. But we can only insert new Freights. We cannot update an existing record with new Freight values.
Hence we would need to amend the import feature with following capabilities:
* Enable insertion of new records with standard template.
* Enable updating of current current records when freight value changes

*Steps:*
-Create Import File (details should match with existing customer)
-Import file using API
-Navigate to i21 system then go to Customer screen
-Open customer > customer tab > transports tab > freight tab
*Acceptance Criteria:*
Customer Freight Import feature using API should be able to update an existing record whenever the Freight value changes.
