*Steps:*
# Open Vendor > Go to Locations tab
# Select Location > Click Remove > Click Yes
# Click Save
*Issue:*
After deleting a Vendor Location, received error message "the record you're trying to delete is being used. The entity has been set ot Inactive" during Save.

*Accepted:*
Vendor Location should be able to delete.
