The inventory Receipt INVRCT-14373 cannot delete.

The root cause is the Inventory Receipt was not deleted after changing the Origin Location from "Terminal" to "Location".
Steps to reproduce
1. Create Transport Load with below details

2. Post
3. It will create 2 Inventory Receipts.
* Inventory Receipt for "B11LSC" and "NL84"
* Inventory Receipt for "ALC"
4. Unpost
5. Change the 2nd line item in Receipt. From "Terminal" to "Location"
6. Post
7. The Inventory Receipt for "ALC" is not deleted.
Acceptance:
Inventory Receipt for "ALC" should be deleted
