i21 MFT project has a table containing official Terminal Control Numbers for all States. On this screen, change Terminal No to a dropdown, whose values are filtered based on selected Supply Point (which is a Location for the selected Vendor). The Supply Point has a State/Province. Based on that, display only the Terminal Numbers from that State.
