Please provide a fix/script.
Follow these steps to replicate:
1. Create a new Quote (see screenshots in Comments with Quote detail), then Confirm it -- This part is correct and works as expected.
2. Set Quote to Unconfirmed, change Rack Price and Deviation, then Save.
3. Try to Confirm -- and receive this error:

*Acceptance:*
No Error Message should be received.
