*Steps to Reproduce:*
Pre Condition 1: Go to Ship Via> Ship Via Entity> Ship Via Tab, Tariff.
Select the Tarff and Enter the Following:
Item Category, Fuel Surcharge, Effective Date
Pre Condition 2: Go to Customer>Customer Entity> Customer Tab > Transports> Freight
Enter the Following:
Tarriff Type, Customer Location, Supplier Zip Code, Freight Type = Rate, Rate
Step 1: Go To Transports > Transport Load > New
Step 2: Create Transport Load using Terminal - Customer Scenario (Make sure to use the correct entitities which have Freight Values)
Step 3: Verify Surcharge and Freight is correctly Reflected in their respective fields
