*Steps to Recreate:*
* Verify Entity Location > Supply Point > Rack Price has the item BNL87 setup.
* Create a new rack price record for the vendor supply point for the item BNL87.
Issue: The item is missing from the drop down seleciton.
*To do: Filter should not exclude Finished Goods items*
