Steps to Recreate:
1. Bring up TR-40
2. Unpost.
Issue: It says the load is already unposted.
What happened before we posted:
1. We create the load
2. There was an error with quanity going negative for NL84. For some reason it was creating a transfer record, and should not.
3. So we changed the RL number, to match the actual receipts.
4. We posted and tried to unpost and now we have an error on unposting.
