*Issue:* Accum DD is not auto computing when hitting tab key
*Steps:*
1. From TM Activities > click Clock Reading form
2. Double click in Reading Date to enter to automatically enter the current date
3. Press tab key to transfer the cursor to Degree Days field. Enter any value
4. Press tab key again to transfer the cursor to Accum DD. Notice that no value is auto entered on the field.
*Acceptance:* Accum DD should be auto computed based from this formula: Previous Accum DD + Current Degree Days
