*Issue:* Clock Number label and field is greyed out.
*Steps:*
1. From TM Maintenance > Degree Day Clock, select a clock and click open selected
2. Click Clock Reading button from Degree Day Clock Form. Notice that Clock Number label and field are greyed out and almost can't be seen.
