*Issue:* Can't create a new event automation.
Steps:
1. From TM Maintenance > Event Automation form
2. Select an event from the drop down as well as the corresponding product.
3. Click Save. Notice that event is not selected and displayed on the field and the event automation is not saved.
*Acceptance:* Should be able to create/add an event automation.
