* Obsolete the Tank Size Field on the Device File.
** Remove from the database.
* Replace Tank Size on Search Devices with Tank capacity. (label shows as Tank Capacity but it is wrongly showing as Tank Size)
Background:
* We have a Tank Size and Tank Capacity fields on the Device file.
* This is confusing as to why there two different fields.
* Furthermore the Tank Size field does not perform any function.
