*Issue:* Failed of Importing Tank Monitor - Invalid Reading Date even it has Clock Reading in Last Reported Date based on Postman
*Steps:*
1. Setup Tank Monitor Interface - Anova Gaslog in Postman
2. Verify Password in Backend
3. Post credentials to the token API to retrieve a current Bearer token
4. Call the tankinfo API to retrieve a list of all tanks
5. Add Clock reading
6. Add Customer
7. Create Company Owned Device - Tank Monitor
8. Create Company Owned Device - Tank
9. Attach Company Owned device - Tank Monitor
10. Attach Company Owned device - Tank
11. Import Tank Monitor Readings
