Issue: Error prompt upon saving Inventory Reading
Steps:
1. Create Tank Monitor device
2. Consumption Site > Attach Device
3. Attach created Tank Monitor device
4. In the grid. click add button
5. Fill in Inventory Reading(Gal) and Inventory Reading Date Time
6. Click Save
7. Error prompt !https://jira.irelyserver.com/rest/tests/1.0/attachment/image/290277!
Acceptance: Should be able to save Inventory Reading
