*Issue:*
Error encountered when opening Search Devices screen.

*Steps:*
1. Go to Tank Management > Maintenance > Devices.
2. Click the New button.
3. Populate necessary details.
4. Click the Save button.
5. Close all active screens.
*Acceptance:*
Should be able to open Search Devices screen.
