Description *This issue relates to i21 Help Desk ticket:* [ HDTN-290954 - CANNOT SEE TANK LIST IN DEVICES - ERROR MESSAGE|https://helpdesk.irely.com/iRelyi21live/#/HD/Ticket/?ticket=HDTN-290954]   *Issue:*   Error encountered when opening Search Devices screen.   !https://helpdesk.irely.com/iRelyi21live/Export/CRM/7adab676-aa1c-4dea-a172-a3af0c230469.png|height=428,width=1030!   *Steps:*   1. Go to Tank Management > Maintenance > Devices.   2. Click the New button.   3. Populate necessary details.   4. Click the Save button.   5. Close all active screens.     *Acceptance:*   Should be able to open Search Devices screen.
