* Billing Incentive is only applied when Site's YTD Gallons This Season > Billing Incentive's Minimum Usage
* Rather than YTD Gallons this Season, ensure that the calculation is set to "Last 12 months" or the correct associated billing incentive parameter.
*Additional info:*
We have had several customer lease invoices that were generated for customer who purchased above the minimum lease amounts. I have included screen shots below for a customer who purchased 259 gallons and their minimum requirement for the 325 size tank is 250.
Customer purchased 250 gallons (their minimum) was invoiced a lease.
Our heating season is June 1st through May 31st.

*Steps:*
1. Go to Tank Management > Consumption Sites.
2. Open the customer's site.
3. Verify site capacity and usage.
4. Check the billing incentive. It should satisfy the following scenarios:
*+Scenario 1:+* Site's Total Capacity < = Billing Incentive's Site Capacity AND Site's YTD Gallons This Season *>* Billing Incentive's Minimum Usage
*+Scenario 2:+* Site's Total Capacity < = Billing Incentive's Site Capacity AND Site's YTD Gallons This Season *=* Billing Incentive's Minimum Usage
*+Scenario 3:+* Site's Total Capacity < = Billing Incentive's Site Capacity AND Site's YTD Gallons This Season < Billing Incentive's Minimum Usage
*+Scenario 4:+* Billing Incentive Calculation = Current Season
*+Scenario 5:+* Billing Incentive Calculation = Prior Season
*+Scenario 6:+* Billing Incentive Calculation = Last 12 Months
Amend the Billing Incentives to satisfy requirement.
5. Verify results:
For Scenarios 1, 2, 5, customer should not be lease billed while for Scenarios 3, 4, 6, customer should be lease billed.
*Acceptance:*

* Should apply billing incentives if Site's YTD Gallons This Season >= Billing Incentive's Minimum Usage
