+Steps:+
1. Create a site where billing by = virtual meter
2. Add a company owned device.
3. Create a tank delivery invoice for the virtual meter site and post.
4. Go to Virtual Meter Billing, enter the parameters then click Search.
5. Calculated Gallons and Total should have negative values.
6. Click Generate Invoice.
+Issue:+
* No credit memo is generated when clicking Generate button and the record's Calculated Gallons is of negative value.
+Acceptance:+
* Credit memo should be generated when the record's Calculated Gallons is of negative value.
