*Objective :* We should link Consumption Sites in Tank Management to specific Customer Locations in AR to enable:
* Dispatch of short truck and long truck from a common screen
* Selection of Consumption sites in the Dispatch screen
* Selection of Consumption Sites in the Transport Load screen.
All changes made for consumption sites in tank management should reflect in the Customer Location screen.
