Description *This issue relates to i21 Help Desk ticket:* [ HDTN-271500 - Tickets Not Printing Properly to Ticket Printer|https://helpdesk.irely.com/iRelyi21live/#/HD/Ticket/?ticket=HDTN-271500]   +Issue:+   [Delivery Ticket Format = 13]   We tested ticket printing for customer, but when directed to the ticket printer, the quality was poor and rotated 90 degrees. Please see the attached images for:   1- What was printed to default printer (not a ticket printer)   2- What was printed to ticket printer (poor quality)   3- Customer's current ticket format     +Steps:+   Preconditions:   * Install i21Launcher for direct printing. * Setup a default printer for the machine   1. Setup clock for ticket printing   * {color:#000000}Delivery Ticket Format = 13{color}   2. Create a Call Order   3. Set Delivery Ticket Parameter   4. Click Print button     +Acceptance:+   Should be able to print delivery ticket with the clear and correct format and paper alignment.
