For deliveries in which the desired quantity exceeds the customer's contracted prebuy limit, TM needs to provide two prices/line items to Mobile Billing:
Line Items:
1) Prebuy price for quantity delivered before prebuy limit is reached
2) "Regular" price for quantity delivered after prebuy limit is reached.
-Expectation for "Regular" price - follow the price level designated for that site, and if that is blank, follow the retail price for that inventory item.
