{color:#323232}In the digital file going from iRely to Digital, the field PriceGal2 needs to have the current price of the product. It is currently rounding up the price being charged. When we have a contract and it is used up, it should then charge the remaining gallons the current price. EX - contract price 1.759, the Price Gal2 shows 1.760000 but should be 2.459(current price){color}

*Steps:*
1. Create Customer Contract that has a cash price of 1.75900, balance should be < order's qty.
2. Create an order and dispatch using the contract's price. The order's qty should be > contract balance.
*Acceptance:*
{color:#242424}OffPlanPrice - Item's Regular price. Else, {color}{color:#242424}special price{color}
{color:#242424}PriceGal2 - Item's Regular price. Note: This will be overrode by the value in OffPlanPrice {color}{color:#242424}if there's a special price setup.{color}
