+Issue:+
* Unable to save a new clock. Also unable to edit the changes on the existing clock.
* This is an issue on the latest builds of 20.1 to 21.2 and working properly on lower versions (ex. {color:#242424}20.1.0823.1060){color}
+Steps:+
# From Tank Management > Clock Reading, click Clock grid button
# Click New. Add the details needed.
# Click Save.
+Acceptance:+
* Should be able to add/edit and save a clock.
