*Issue:* Special Price with Min and Max Qty setup does not auto compute when entering order's desired qty.
*Steps to replicate:*
1. Setup multiple special pricing for item.
• 1st Pricing: Min = 1\|\|Max = 50\|\|Retail Price = 1.15
• 2nd Pricing: Min = 60\|\|Max = 100\|\|Retail Price = 1.25
2. Create Order. Order's calc qty for example is 70. Order price will display the pricing of 1.25 which is correct because calc qty is within the min and max qty setup.
3. Enter order's desired qty of 30.
*Actual Result:* The entered qty is within the min and max qty setup of the 1st pricing. However, the price does not auto change with the correct pricing.
*Expected Result:* Price should auto change according to the Pricing Level Min Qty and Max Qty setup.
