+Steps+:
1. Tank Management > Synchronize delivery history
2. Sites that have meters are not updating in Origin with the sync process
3. Sites are updating in i21
Please see screen shots in the comments section for example
+Issue+:
Origin table (COBOLREADSite) is not updated after syncing flow meter/tanks to consumption site. Last Delivery Date does not display the latest synced invoice.
+Acceptance+:
Syncing process should update records in Origin and i21
