* Issue
** Total on the Order screen is showing as blank
** Found this only is happening when the Tax Code is blank
* Requirements
** The Total value should show and calculate accordingly even if tax code is blank
* Steps
** Choose Site with Blank Tax Code
** Add Order
** Note that Total is blank
