Description This issue relates to i21 Help Desk ticket. Click the link below to go to Help Desk ticket.   [HDTN-237282 - Tank - unable to sync deliveries|https://helpdesk.irely.com/iRelyi21live//#/HD/Ticket/?ticket=HDTN-237282] Issue:   1. Customer has delivery records created.   2. Selects Sync   3. Message states that "The System successfully processed 1 record with 15 errors"   4. Resolve Sync Conflicts is selected   5. Shows Fail reason "Unknown Error, Please contact Support. Nullable object must have a value"   6. Info is missing from Clock Reading for invoice date showing.   7. I copied 01 to 99 and tried deleting clock reading dates from 9/1/2019 until 10/17/2019.   8. I reentered clock reading info and still getting the same errors.   Please see comments section for screen shots
