** When customers are going live on version 19.1, the default clock reading max entries are not auto-populating on existing clock locations.
** Supoprt manually entered these for Swink and Reliance.
* Requirements
** During the Upgrade to 19.1 set the default value for the new Max Daily Degree Day by Month fields as follows:
*** September - April = 150
*** May - August = 50
