Entered the Manufacture on the appliance screen in the consumption site but does not keep that info after you save and close the screen and come back in.

*Steps* :
1. From TM > Open Consumption Site. Navigate to Appliances tab.
2. Add appliances included the Manufacturer Name. Save.
3. Click Refresh button. Manufacturer Name is removed on the grid.
*Issue* : Manufacturer Name in Appliance tab is not being saved.
*Acceptance* : Added Manufacturer Name in Appliance tab should be saved.
