Steps to recreate:
1) Tanks management > Budget Calculation
2) enter parameters shown in screen shot below
3) select generate and nothing appears in the grid
Customer AR/Sales record shows Budget Schedule.
Acceptance:
Should populate records in the grid once generate is selected.
