Description This issue relates to i21 Help Desk ticket. Click the link below to go to Help Desk ticket.   [HDTN-223996 - customer inquiry not working|https://helpdesk.irely.com/iRelyi21live//#/HD/Ticket/?ticket=HDTN-223996] HDTN-223996 – customer inquiry not working   *Steps* :   1. From TM > Customer Inquiry. Search Customer Inquiry will display.   2. Enter for specific filter. Use lower case if the records are in upper cases. Hit Enter key.   3. Check grid. No record is displayed.   *Issue* : Filtering is case sensitive. Unable to filter in lowercase when record is in uppercase   *Acceptance* : Filtering should be case insensitive. Should be able to filter either in lower or uppercase.
