*Steps to Replicate:*
+Note:+ This can be replicated in db with a thousand or more existing consumption sites.
1. Clear Cache and hard reload browser.
2. Login to i21 application.
3. From TM > Consumption Site, click New. Select a specific customer. Consumption Site screen will open.
4. Click Site Action > Add Site. Navigate to Orders tab. There is an automatic order details displayed.

*Issue:*
Order for intSiteID 93578 was created on 1/08/19 and is showing an order for same site dated 1/5/19.
Waiting for backup from 1/6/19 to copy to Company 98.
*Acceptance* :
Creating a new consumption site record should not display an existing order for other customer.
