Description This issue relates to i21 Help Desk ticket. From TM > Consumption Site, open a specific customer site.   2. Navigate to Appliances tab. Check if there is an appliance attached with serial number. If none, add/create one.   3. From Devices, click New button. Enter a new tank with the same serial number as appliance. Save. Duplicate Serial Number message will display.   *Issue:*   User tried to enter new device ({color:#323232}Serial #63959){color} by going to TM Maintenance > Devices > new. User adds all info required and clicks "save". Screen is frozen after Save is clicked. When trying to exit the screen, message appears asking if user wants to save. If user clicks "yes", message disappears, but the device screen remains. If user selects "no", the device screen closes.   No errrors appearing in Console Errors.   *Acceptance:*   Provide fix so that user can add devices and save in the Maintenance > Device grid.   Allow duplicate Serial #s for Appliances between Tank Devices.
