*Steps:*
Note: Make sure that clock reading has a specific setup for delivery ticket print setup and format.
1. From TM > Consumption Site, open a specific customer site.
2. Remove the Terms in combo box. Save.
3. Click Orders > Add Orders button. Save.
4. Click Orders > Print Order. Print Tickets screen will display. Click Print. No order is being printed.
*Issue:*
User creates order for customer #1005753. Attempts to print the order and the screen for printing is showing, but once the print is selected, nothing happens. Every other ticket is printing successfully.
_Note_: Unable to print due to blank Terms in Site.
*Resolution:*
Fix data issue that is causing print issue for the one customer.
+Workaround+: Enter Site Terms and then print order.
