* Objective
** Customer is using orders for dispatching with Energy Trac, but not using Least Cost Routing.
** Desire the Order status to remain unchanged at end of day, since they have already been dispatched once and do not want to confuse Drivers with a second dispatch if someone sees that it was set to Generated and tries to re-dispatch.
* Requirements
** On Energy Trac End of Day when sending back completed deliveries and uncompleted orders
** If an uncompleted Orders is not Routed through Logistics
*** +Do not+update Order Status to Generated.
