Making Order screen a Pop-up for CSRs has caused a lot of usability issues.
# Modal Screen is unable to access other information
# Pop-Up positioning is going off screen and causing scrolling.
# Site Audit Log does not save details about the order
Requirement:
# Portal Orders will still be a pop-up
# Portal Order approvals will still be a pop-up
# CSR Orders will need reverted to how prior versions worked with it embedded in the tab.
