*Steps* :
1. Open a customer with multiple site.
2. Change any detail to site one, ex. Route. Then switch to site 2 and change another detail.
3. Without saving to any changes, go back to the first site and viewed the device details which triggered the save and autit record.
*Issue:*
If you go to Consumption Sites, then the Devices tab and Open the device. Simply clicking Close will sometimes trigger an update of the Tank Capacity and Tank Reserve. The values being set however are not from the tank viewed, and should not be getting set when only clicking Close.
*Acceptance* : Should not update the site's tank capacity when changing site details of other site and opening or closing the devices.
