*Steps:*
1. From TM > Leases > Lease Billing.
2. Enter Filters such as billing month, last lease billing date, lease status, start date, etc on the filter. Note the results.
3. Open Lease Billing. Filter out the billing month, start date. Enter the invoice date.
4. Compare the results in Lease Billing grid vs. Lease Search.
*Issue* :
The lease billing search appears to be missing some leases, or is there possibly a setup issue?
Billing Month 1 to 1.
Lease Start Date as of 12/31/2016
Invoice Date equals 1/24/2018
Shows no results

However, when you filter on the lease grid in a similar manner there are 226 records returned. These would be expected on the Lease Billing search.

*Acceptance* : Lease Billing Grid should display the records same as the filtered Lease Billing Search. Below should be noted though since Lease Billing grid is already filtered while Lease Search displays all the leases.
* Lease Search displays Customer sites with customer owned device.
* Lease Search displays Bill To Customer that is +Inactive+while site customer is active.
* Lease Billing Grid includes Rental Status = Inactive.
* Lease Billing Grid excludes: Lease Amount = 0, Inactive Customer and Site, Lease in Customer Owned, Lease Status = Inactive.
Note: We can use Last Lease Billing Date + *After* + 1/1/1900 to filter Last Lease Billing Date = Blank.
