Orders created with Generate Orders do not use special pricing

Description This issue relates to i21 Help Desk ticket. Click the link below to go to Help Desk ticket.   [HDTN-206904 - Special pricing not following thru to order|http://helpdesk.irely.com/iRelyi21live/i21/#/HD/Ticket/?ticket=HDTN-206904]     *Steps to Replicate:*   _Note: Issue is because of the location not being updated in generate order._   1. Open a consumption site. Change the location of the site and save.   2. From Site, add a call in order. Save. Take note of the order price.   3. Remove the call order. Save.   4. Open the Generate Order. Fill in the necessary details and generate. Notice that the site location on the generated records was not updated.   5. Select the site where the location has been changed.   6. Click Finalize Order button. Order will be created. Open the site.   7. Check the order price. Notice that it differs from the price generated via site.   *Issue* : When creating an order using Generate Orders, if special pricing is available for that customer/item then the price will end up as $0.00. If you manually enter the order then the pricing is correct.   Reported and reproduced environment using origin integration.   *Acceptance* : Should display the correct price when order is created either via site or generate order.
